Hi.
I’m trying to do a sheath myself, but i don’t have pure bee wax. It’s a kind of mix, with turpentine, carnauba wax, and other components not mentionned. Less than 10% of bee wax. Do you think it can work? Thanks for your answer.
Great job! And this video is much more convenient to watch than the other in four or five parts. Your sheath look very simple and efficient. But i would like to be sure of one thing: only naturaly tanned leather can be formed, not chromium tanned, right?
Keep up the great work!

It’s ok
Remember to use it in well ventilated room or on oper air (turpentine may be toxic).

This sheath is made of 2mm thick chrome tanned leather.
Veg tanned is better for tooling
